Body Ace was started by two brothers 20 years ago, And considered by many as the friendliest gym in Plymouth.Situated over two floors the lower floor has

enough free weights and dumbbells for any budding or Pro Bodybuilder -Weightlifter plus 10 exercise stations.The upper floor has  spin cycles and steppers for

cardio workouts plus another 10 exercise stations.

There  are no contracts and you can pay daily weekly or monthly

non members £4 per session or £10 per week  members £3 per session or £30 per month

opening times monday to friday 7.30 am to 12pm and 2pm to9pm

                                              saturday 7.30am to11.30am
